The JAAOS Mentorship Consortium is comprised of orthopaedic surgeons representing the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), JAAOS, the AAOS Resident Assembly and OrthoMentor, an Instagram channel developed to provide information on a range of issues facing young orthopaedic surgeons today.
